Soqozeu - Mobile Bicycle Repair & Tune-Up Services
By accessing and using Soqozeu's mobile bicycle repair services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Soqozeu. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
Soqozeu provides mobile bicycle repair and tune-up services at customer-designated locations. Our services include but are not limited to basic repairs, maintenance, tune-ups, and bicycle assessments. Service availability is subject to geographic limitations and technician availability.
Our services are limited to standard bicycle repairs and maintenance. We reserve the right to decline services for bicycles that are deemed unsafe, excessively damaged, or require specialized equipment not available in our mobile units. Complex frame repairs, custom modifications, and warranty work may require referral to specialized facilities. Service availability is subject to weather conditions, technician availability, and geographic constraints.
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Soqozeu remain our exclusive property. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works based on our proprietary materials without explicit written consent. This includes our service methodologies, diagnostic procedures, and proprietary repair techniques.
Soqozeu's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear that becomes apparent during service. Customers acknowledge that bicycle repair involves inherent risks, and we cannot guarantee against all possible mechanical failures.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements are made. We accept various payment methods as specified during booking. Late payments may incur additional fees. Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of service completion. Refunds are provided only in cases of verified service defects or our inability to complete agreed-upon services.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full service fee. Emergency cancellations due to weather or safety concerns will be rescheduled without penalty.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Both parties waive the right to jury trial and class action proceedings. Disputes must be filed within one year of the incident giving rise to the dispute. Mediation will be attempted before formal arbitration proceedings.
Soqozeu reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms. We may terminate service relationships for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasonable business purposes. Termination does not affect accrued obligations or rights.
These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately and govern all current and future service relationships with Soqozeu.
